Return and Cancellation Policy - Nature Solution

Returns:
1. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
3. For defective or wrong items, we will cover return shipping.
4. For change of mind, customer pays return shipping.

Refunds:
1. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you.
2. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations:
1. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
2. After 12 hours, order is sent to warehouse and cannot be cancelled.
